Is there a way to substitute data entered by a user based

Post by TerrenceB »

This goes with my other question about validating data against a supplied list.

in addition to verifying that the number entered by the user is in the list, I would like for an additional variable (or stored data) to read the value in the 2nd column. this second column would contain the Company/Franchise name that the store number belongs to. both pieces of data need to be stored for reporting.

This information is necessary for the reports to useful. In addition to needing to know user responses, we need to know what the resonses were for a specific store, and average of the responses. In addition to a specific store, would like to be able to group by the franchise to get the same information - answers and averages.
