Plum IVR Support

Hi

I am currently uploading recorded wav files, some of my files are larger than a Meg. Is splitting the prompts the only option ?
Are there specific compressions's I could use without jeopardizing quality too much ? Do you recommend any tools for editing/compressing and cutting wav files that works well ?

About uploading recorded wav files, you cannot upload any audio files over 1 MB due to file upload limitations in Plum Survey.
