only limit on IVR survey accts is # of remaining responses

Post by support »

Hi,

The only limit that is currently enforced on IVR survey accounts is the number of responses remaining. Just log into your IVR account via the login box on http://www.plumvoice.com (select the Surveys site) and your responses remaining will appear on the right hand side. Our sales team will contact you if your minutes usage is exceeding our limits.

Thanks,
Plum Support

I'm seeing a Respondent Limit, which says 'No Limit' and an Account Type, which says 'Annual Account'. It was my understanding that we purchased a certain number of minutes and we need to know how many are still available to use. Thanks for your help!

log into IVR hosting site for report of total minutes used

Post by support »

No problem. You can generate a report of total minutes you've used by logging into the IVR Hosting site from our homepage http://www.plumvoice.com/ . Just select the option for IVR Hosting instead of IVR Surveys. Under Reporting, go to Reports. Create a New Report. Do a Standard Report with a custom timeframe beginning from when your paid IVR campaign began. At the bottom, make sure you select all relevant phone numbers by holding down Ctrl (Command on Macs) and highlighting them all, and then click View Report. You will then see a calculation of total minutes. From your contract, you should be able to determine how many minutes you have remaining.

For further assistance with this, you can also call the billing department; call (800) 995-PLUM and select option 3 during business hours.
