Two questions related to using the recording element:
- Is it possible to adjust the quality of the audio file being recorded?
- Is it possible to adjust the volume level for the noinput event?

We are considering using Plum for a new project. However we have several terrabyte with streams in Windows Media format that we need to be able to play back in the IVR application.
