Is there any way for the voice recognition to look for specific keywords in someone's response to take the to the proper question using skip logic? For instance, if the question is "what is your favorite color?" and someone's response is "i like red." then it would recognize "red" and use the approp...

Repeat of unanswered questions
Is it possible to have questions not repeat if no answer is given (silence) Currently it repeats 3 times before moving onto the next question, but I was hoping it to just skip onto the next questions after 5 seconds, if no response is given on the phone.
