Hey thanks. I haven't tried it out yet but it seems pretty straightforward! One other thing - when the hold music is playing would the "transfer_ready.php" file (or whatever we would call it) interrupt as necessary or would it have to wait until the full 30s has passed? Caller ID and Voice Mail
I have a couple of questions.
First of all can we have a custom number or name coming up on the Caller ID for each campaign? If so, how do we go about doing it?
Secondly, can we have a custom voice mail message if the call does go to voice mail?
