Re: Differentiating for a table post

Thought I understood how to do this. We generate a unique serial number to accompany the campaign number and pin. When an inbound call is received, I select the 1st row. How would I select that unique row? The caller would not know that key. Any suggestions? Down to some of my final issues before fi...

script running warning

When one of us logs into SynApps and tries to open a database he gets a popup that says, A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue. Script: m This seems to happen only on this one box...

Re: Differentiating for a table post

I may be mixing things up. I am using the update row and will be pushing the data back to our servers. From there, we manipulate some data and create an outbound campaign. At the moment I am trying to assure myself that if we post 50 call campaigns to table we use for inbound calls, that each of the...

Differentiating for a table post

In an inbound call app, where we post a number of identical call campaigns, each of which requires a person to validate with two separate digital entries. So, any person with both codes can create a message which is later used as part of an outbound campaign. My issue is that, although I ask for the...

Posting a string with a leading zero

We are sending csv string with 8 digits. When the leading number is a zero, the simple database ignores the zero and posts 7 digits to the table. How can this be corrected. Our eight digit number is random.

mp3 file maintenance

We will need to download the mp3 files back to our servers as we complete a row entry. How can we accomplish that?

Inbound call initiation

Is it possible to pass a value directly into a simple table, creating a new row, with a simple post or get rather than having to have a separate csv file uploaded?

Re: Setting up inbound

Perhaps campaign was the wrong word. I have a transaction occurring on my website that generates a unique transaction code and one or more other data fields. I want the unique transaction code to reside in the simple table so that when an inbound caller calls, we can select the right row for his res...

Setting up inbound

When establishing an inbound call campaign, is it necessary to send data (such as a transaction code or other variables) using csv or can it be done with the SOAP module?

When we launch an outbound campaign that is partially completed we sometimes see the outbound result being shown as "success" though we know it wasn't because our generated variable for "completed" is still blank. Is there a way to automatically trigger a recall, or a separate ap...

SOAP issue

In our Inbound Agent Fax Response app, we have a variable, "Completed", which, we post as "Yes" and update to the simple table when the appropriate answer from the caller comes of a Y/N module which is asking whether an earlier digit entry was correct. At first, we could not get ...

Outbound call dialing variants

How does one navigate an extension number, call series (such as press 7, then 1, then 5) before reaching live person? In our situation, we can identify certain large companies and their inbound prompt routines and be certain to include them when calling. Suggestions?
