Re: Audio Files Not Caching
I removed the additional headers that I was adding for the file and was still seeing cache misses on every request. Then I investigated the headers from your server as well as those being returned from our Tomcat instance (which we were hoping to not use in production for these static files) and not...

Re: Audio Files Not Caching
After spending more time investigating alternative solutions to the caching problem, I am still having issues getting our files to appropriately be cached by the PlumVoice servers. I have updated our end to serve these static files through NGINX instead of streaming them through a tomcat servlet. No...

Re: Audio Files Not Caching
Thank you for the additional investigation work. I did not realize that there were multiple caches that would need to be hit, but I don't believe that could be the issue. The reason for that is: we are seeing the same audio file have a cache miss several times in a single call. We have several very ...

Re: Audio Files Not Caching
They do not have the exact same settings, no. The data_process.wav is actually from a test that we did after I started this thread to determine that very thing. The data_process.wav exists next to the scripts themselves and is served as static content in the web root of our server. The other audio f...

Audio Files Not Caching
This question is very similar to the post found here: http://support.plumvoice.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1487&p=4838&hilit=caching#p4838 We are having problems with our audio files never being cached, resulting in excessive traffic to our web servers. We have tried manipulating the HTTP headers that c...

Incoming IP address needed
Hello,
My application server sits behind a firewall controlled by my I.T group.
What IP address(es) will my calls be coming from so that they're cleared for the firewall?
Thanks,

Delay going from vxml form to another
I am having an issue with an almost 3 second delay going from vxml document to another vxml document. I have a vxml form that reads from an xml page. On the first pass everything is fine but if I try to read again from the same xml page I get an error. <form id="ChooseNextMenu"> <block> <assign name="CurrentPage" expr="VxmlPage" /> <assign name="CurrentForm" expr="'ChooseNextMenu'" /> <assign name="...

Can you tell me if this is possible using your own example below. rule id="one" scope="public"> <one-of> <item>cat</item> <item>dog</item> </one-of> </rule> I want the grammar to return a number on these matches for example rule id="one" scope="public"> <one-of> <item>cat<tag>Rating="1"</tag></...

Re: Specify Grammar rule to execute
The interim solution mention below will not work for me since our grammar rule comes in from a variable. This variable can not be passed into grxml. Is there a time line on when this issue will be resolved in your platform? Can you offer any other suggestion This is how I would normally call a rule ...

Changing terminator Character '#'
I'm trying to change the value of the terminatorChar from '#' to '*' but the platform refuses it.
I need the use of # as I am expecting it from different prompts.
M EDT GrammarManager::GetRecProperties - Unable to set vxi.rec.terminatorChar from value "'*'". Defaulting to '#'.

<foreach> Not executing
I have struggled for a day or so to get one of my <foreach> tags to execute as expected. I making use of the tag in an identical fashion in other areas of my application, but there is one that does not seem to execute at all. I am building my array of objects in external javascript, then reading the...
