Some transcriptions never leaving queued status.

Unable to add new user
I'm trying to add new users and am populating all fields but receiving this message: You must specify a first name, last name, email, and, optionally, permissions. Even though those fields are populated.

Our production account was made active a couple of days ago but looking at my account settings it still indicates a demo account.
I'm also looking or the Language Module - is this only available with production access?

Follow up question - what are the parameters with transcription and Fuse+? The names that we will be asking our users to speak will, in most cases, not be common ones. Can we retrieve through the post call call back the full call logs? We will need access (besides downloading) full call results - questions/answers from the inbound calls. What is the best way to get this data back to us?
