Team i am attempting to utilize the SOAP tool within the call flow. I am testing the call using your SOAP tester that PlumVoice offers. the call is set up in the flow under Stellar ACH IVR.

Soap Api failing
Team, I am attempting to set up a Soap call to our ACH processor, I have been testing the calls in the Soap tester with plum voice and it continues to fail. I have everything set up in the flow Named Stellar ACH IVR. the credentials it is under is itmgrs@stellarrecoveryinc.com Please advise.

the return we are receiving is not in a format that is supported by default. I was able to pull the Information from the return.
can you please look at my comparison on the menu page of the PmtAmt and the SRI_Rest.Balance for some reason the comparison is not returning what it should.

I have attempted to call the return data as you suggested. can you please exam what i have implemented and see why I am not receiving the expected returns.

Team I am attempting to use my Rest api when i make the call i am not seeing any returns. I am using my itmgrs credentials, and the initial ivr script. you can test with 3476585 as a file number.

I am using the itmgrs account the 'Initial Stellar IVR' you can test with the file number "3476585" We were utilizing Plum Voice's sop test and while looking at the raw data it does not appear that the parameters are being sent through to the API.
