Salesforce Case Integration
Hello, I'm looking to have Salesforce cases opened during our IVR flow. We have Email-to-Case setup in sales force so an email would do it, however, it doesn't look like recordings are attached to the emails sent from my quickfuse app. Is there a workaround for this? The other option is to open sale...
