Nevermind. Right after posting this question, I found a previous post asking the same question. If you delete the text in the audio settings, it will stop the application from repeating the options.

I have a menu module with 5 choices. I also have a voice recording explaining what each choice does. However, after the voice recording plays, the module than procees to state, "Press 1 for...", "Press 2 for...", etc for each option.
