Plum IVR Support

Thanks for the post. When we made both finalsilence and maxtime to "15s" then it started recording for 15 seconds always. Good workaround!

We have a in-house plum system on linux platform. When I go to its Portal I don't see any Outbound Tools section mentioned in some of posts here.

My question: Is Outbound HTTP API enabled on our on-premise system by default or we need to do something to see/use it?
