Re: recordcall - dtmf tones not audible in call recording

To Piggy back off of tocnaza's reply, DTMF is used in-order to ensure sensitive data is being protected. DTMF tones cannot be interpreted by the human ear however they can be easily decoded by a phone system.

Re: <say-as> tag currency in Spanish

Hello, Both es_us and es-MX can be used as spanish TTS voices, depending on the voice you require. es_us is more commonly used within the US, whereas es-MX is catered for Mexican Spanish. Pre-parsing could be done outside the vxml code by splitting the amount. Here's an example of parsing the balanc...

Re: Dynamic Application Behavior

Hello, 1. Voices are configured per application, so it would not be possible to set it per module. 2. It is possible to have different transfer modules set to different timeouts, and branch to one depending on the 'transferTimeout' value. Re: Call logs older than 5 days

Hello, Unfortunately the detailed call logs only get stored for 5 days. The session logs exist for much longer, but those are very simple records of the calls. However, you may utilize our log tag for any data you would like in your session logs! Please refer to our documentation here: https://www.p...

Re: Some SMS messages not getting sent

Hello jparnell, We received word from the vendor but while the response was helpful, it looks like we aren't any closer to determining why a message will or will not be received depending on the content. According to our SMS vendor, there is some filtering involved but on a carrier-by-carrier basis....

Re: Some SMS messages not getting sent

Hi jparnell, We've been performing a variety of tests using different phone types, message lengths, and versions of "prescriptions" and "rx". So far the results have been inconclusive so we've generated a couple of SMS examples that did and didn't get sent even though the result we see is "delivered...

The documentation requires the HELP keyword to return certain information for short-code messaging, and we currently only support long-code messaging. Wo...
