Hello,
When I convert recordings in my vxml from the sox raw format to wav pcm. It adds an anoying clicking sound to the start of the file. Any way to eliminate this?
here is the format string i'm using:
sox -r 8000 -U -b -t raw recording.raw recording.wav
Thanks for any input.
Rob

Hello, We are noticing a delay 2-3 seconds after a users enters a selection in our form. We trimed the filled tag to just play a small mp3 and we are still seeing the delay. What is this delay. Is there some to lower the time it is taking for the users selection and the playing of the mp3 file? Than...

I'm just wondering if it is possible. thanks...

stream mp3 or play mp3
Hello,
Is there anyway other then using shoutcast (I'm not sure how to, or if i can setup a shoutcast server) to play an MP3 file.
I'm trying to think of other solutions to solve my audio latency problem.
Thanks,
Rob

Strange clicking noice after playing WAV file
Hello,
I've noticed a odd clicking noise after each one of my wav files play.
all the files are in the desired format (8 kHz 16-bit ) and play fine using windows sound recorder. But using the audio tag after they play they seem "click".
Any ideas as to what that might be.
thanks,
Rob Sullivan

thx for the assistance,
Rob
