Re: Reporting Attempts vs Connections
Hello jparnell,
Good question- this is slated to be included in the next release of Fuse+. This release doesn't have a set exact date but the goal is to have that implemented this Q4 this year. Hope this helpful for now but keep an eye out for news of the next release!
Thank you,

Re: Rest API Post call errors
Hi ccnamlam, It looks like after looking at the log (https://fuse.plumvoice.com/logs/call_log/300053;012;1562604924/5082120502/8667032270/0/1562604955) we see that you got a 403 with your own URL. We recommend checking that server request because you're likely missing something. With regards to the ...

Re: Reporting Attempts vs Connections
Hi JR, Aha, thanks for the clarification on that- we understand the ask now. We did test in VoiceTrends and determined that the reason we're only displaying successful attempts is due to the date range. It filters out the failed calls because the start time is "--". When looking at the details, it's...

Re: Calls not being received
Hi roadmusic,
Great question- have you tried queuing the calls this way:
tel:13472550011;ani=6177123000
Those are example numbers above. This actually is supported when calls are queued using the tel URL format. Please let us know if this works!
