What do you allow or recommend for testing purposes? QA vs. Production. How can we set up a test environment? Can we promote IVR application from test environment to production once our QA is complete?

Theoretically we know who we are calling, but we want them to verify that it is them in case someone else picks up. We can't tell them about our health car...
