Some SMS messages not getting sent
Hello, We have encountered a strange issue. We are attempting to send the following string as SMS (without the quotes): "MedImpact Direct: You have 3 new prescription(s). Reply FILL ALL to fill all. Reply LIST for drug names. HELP for info. STOP to opt out." Something about this message is causing a...

Re: SMS "HELP" is not sent to our API endpoint
Thank you for your reply. The simplest resolution would be if the HELP keyword could be passed to our API endpoint, so we can send the consumer an additional message which we can customize. CTIA’s Short Code Monitoring Handbook requires the following (pg. 4): A.3 CUSTOMER CARE Customer care contact ...

SMS "HELP" is not sent to our API endpoint
Hello, our team encountered another undocumented behavior. We are working to meet the CTIA’s best industry practices for text messaging, which includes guidance for supporting STOP and HELP keywords. We’ve observed that users who send the keyword HELP will receive this message: “Reply STOP to unsubs...

Re: Configuring SMS replies to our API requires authenticati
Hi there, thanks for your reply. I might not have been clear in my request, I'll try to rephrase. We need to configure Plum Dev to send text messages to our API endpoint. For example, a user sends a text message to a Plum SMS number, and Plum forwards that to our API. We're logging into Plum Dev and...

Configuring SMS replies to our API requires authentication
Hello,
We are using the Plum Dev portal to set up SMS replies to be sent to our API. However, our API requires basic HTTP authentication. How can we define header params or basic authentication for the API configuration?
Thanks!

Post-Call Webservice - can it include Call_id?
We are looking at ways to receive a few additional variables from the result of a call execution. We need this to determine if a given call should be reattempted or not. I understand that Plum communicates call execution variables in the following ways: • Post-attempt, via API call to whatever API w...

Re: line break in outbound text message in Plumdev
Hello, I am also interested in using line wraps in outbound SMS messages. I'm including \n in the message but it sends a visible "\n" to the end user. Is there something else I can try?
Thanks,
J.R. Parnell

Handling Fuse+ Server & Call Center Timezone Differences
Hello, I'm looking to resolve timezone differences between plum fuse+ and live agent timezone availability. From what I can tell, via a JavaScript module that the server is in Eastern Timezone which differs from the timezone of our call center. Couple of questions: - Can we depend on the server alwa...

Re: Testing - QA / Production
Hi there, Our team is thinking about our testing and release process. One concern I have is promoting a revision from a "QA" deployment to a "Stage" and then "Prod" deployment. Assuming I want the application and deployment id's to stay the same (to prevent work on the back-end), opening the correct...

Voice Trends for A/B split tests
Hello, I see that Voice Trends can be used for running A/B script tests, and I was wondering the best way to accomplish this. How can I select a certain date range, and see the difference between test A compared to test B? Note, I explored all documentation but I didn't see any guidance on this. Tha...
