allow user to naturally speak a year

Hi We have a prompt in our IVR that asks the user to say or enter on the keypad their year of birth . We are not able to get the spoken year of birth to be recognized unless the user says it as individual digits. For example, saying 1968 as "nineteen sixty eight" is not recognized. But saying "one n...

call queueing logs not refreshing

Hi We are looking at our call logs - completed and pending for app 5223 and the logs do not reflect the current activity. All calls sent today appear to still be queueing in the logs, though we see some call activity coming back via our API. At the same time we have some examples of calls that we sh...

Re: database error on audio file upload

Thank you. We're anxious for a resolution. It looks like the audio that was uploaded yesterday has been wiped out. Is that related? What would have caused that?

Re: database error on audio file upload

I've reverted back to an earlier version and am starting to load the audio again, but the app is definitely timing out during out during the save process. Is there anything that can be done to mitigate this or do we need to split up our application into smaller apps?

database error on audio file upload

Hi
I'm attempting to upload audio and when saving I receive a message that a database error has occurred. https://fuse.plumvoice.com/editor/5223/51990

I've tried deleting the audio and saving more often but am still getting the error.
Thoughts on what could be causing that?

Re: format for date input

Thanks. We tried that and are still getting a 5 second pause after entering 8 digits. Here's the complete VXML I'm using as a POC (minus our credentials) <vxml version="2.1"> <var expr="'1'" name="call_id"/> <property name="termmaxdigits" value="true"/> <property name="interdigittimeout" value="10ms...

Re: format for date input

Thank you. We are able to get this to work generally, but have been unable to get it to end digit input promptly. This means, after entering 8 digits, the system waits until the 5 second timeout before sending the digits and proceeding. Since we are limiting it to 8 digit input how we get it to end ...

Re: address say-as

Thanks. Looks like St does not work either. We will investigate converting to Street before reading it back.
Thank you!

address say-as

We are using the address say-as service and all the common abbreviations are handled nicely except for ST. Instead of hearing "street" it is delivered as "ST"
Can this be added to convert ST to "street" ?

Re: format for date input

Yes. We would like the user to be able to ask the user to provide us a date by either saying it or entering on the phone's keypad as mmddyyyy. So, the user can say "january twelfth two thousand eighteen" or enter 01122018 on the keypad and have the IVR save it as mmddyyyy.

format for date input

Hi We would like to ask a user to provide us a full birth date as mmddyyyy by either speaking it or entering it on the keypad. It seems though that we cannot do this using the same prompt: "Please say or enter on your phone's keypad, your full date of birth." If we ask separately for the member to s...

Re: Bargein setting on forms

That aside, is that expected behavior with how we have it set up. It seems like it may be a bug?

Bargein setting on forms

We are experiencing some unusual behavior. We set up two scratchpads in our dev account Barge In 1 and Barge In 2. Both set a global property disabling barge in. Are you able to view our scratchpads? Barge In 1 has 3 prompts in 3 blocks. Each prompt sets bargein in a prompt attribute. They alternate...
