Re: You are not authorized message

I lost most of the changes I made Friday as the application overwrote an earlier revision. I noticed today that the was an extraordinary amount of time to autosave a revision. Thought I might lose those too.

Re: You are not authorized message

When I did login so I could save the app. The version number was significantly incremented from 22.6 to 23.1
Apparently it is kicking me out, but saving the app. Then when I make more changes to what it wouldn't let me save, it increments the version.

You are not authorized message

I'm getting bounced out of Synapps with some frequency today. While editing an app and attempting to call, I'm getting a message that I am not authorized and presented a login page. It also happened a number of times when I was attempting to create a campaign.

Re: Deleting a page in an app

Thanks. It worked. There are a couple of features that would be helpful, such as a print capability and a "visible" page name. I'm going to use the label function for now. For printing, I end up using screen captures that I assemble into a pdf for printing.

Deleting a page in an app

I'm editing a large app - outbound verification - and want to delete a page. When there are a large number of pages, they are all only able to be navigated to via a double arrow at the rightmost of the navigation bar. If the pages display across that bar, I could delete one by simply cursoring to it...

Re: Issues with results of outbound campaign

The purpose of the use of the same phone numbers was to test what the results would show if the call occurred during an existing conversation and/or busy-ing out. The calls answered and managed by humans work.

Pause/Hold

Is there a method to allow a caller, in an outbound call, to go into a hold mode for a period of time. Say, for instance, to look something up or get out of a certain computer screen or off of another call?

Retries of outbound calls

We queued a 6-row campaign. The calls to two of the rows came through and were marked accordingly, with fax number and "completed" as "Yes". However, none of the other calls were placed. I had set the campaign to retry at 5 minutes. Nothing occurred. When I tried to re-run the rows in the queue, an ...

Re: Issues with results of outbound campaign

I have made the changes you suggested, with limited success. I'm working through the easy outbound call, where only a couple of results are captured. Want to get that right before attacking the complicated outbound call. My current issue is when I create the outbound campaign with filtered rows. We ...

Outbound campaign feature request

During the testing phase of outbound campaigns, it would be helpful to set several templates up instead of having to start from scratch each time. It would help especially during the stressful de-bug re-runs.

Issues with results of outbound campaign

1. I am testing the outbound campaign function and have calls going to different people in my office. I am finding that acquired information, in this case fax numbers, are being appended to the wrong rows. It is our app Outbound Call Requesting Fax. 2. In addition, we are attempting to use the app t...

Re: Managing transfers occurring in outbound calls

I tried a limited campaign, which was very easy to do. In one case, it captured the appropriate answers and showed "success, 1 attempt". In the second case, there was no success in that the fax number was not acquired as the call went into voice mail. Note, this raises some issues. How does the appl...

Query database

In filtering for a valid unique number in the table I have the caller entering the number he has, then, if it matches one of the rows containing that same number, we pull the row to initiate the call. If however, the caller enters the number he has incorrectly but, when we announce it back to him, h...
