Plum IVR Support

I've been using Chrome 4.0 and experiencing my apps hanging on save. When I exit it asks if I want to save, which I do and it does.

Never mind. Found I was using the wrong tool to insert into database rather than update.

In my app Inbnd Agent . . . . I fetch the appropriate row, based on Transaction ID. However responses go to other rows. I dont understand how the record can stay togethter to be passed back to our main database. Is there a way to keep the record/row together? I'm at the point in which I want to push...

I have a friend who does voice-overs professionally. There is a concern that her equipment won't do the tiny files we need. What are the optimal settings to sound good but be small? The samples she sent me are way too big.

Not sure your software permits, but it would be sweet if I could mouse over a module and see the underlying settings. For instance, I just had to go over all my recorded modules to see if I had set the beep.

There doesn't appear to be default setting capabilities. Could make life much easier. For example, if yes/no was, by default, both touch and voice. Global corrections or find-replace would also be nice to have. Groupings of application pairs or groups could help if global corrections were available....

Now the pages are loading, which is most pleasing. The page bar (the one where "new page" and the arrows for continuing pages appears, no longer shows the page titles. The form I am in has 10 pages. Strange in the way it doesn't display. In earlier iterations, I could see the different pages load.

When one loaded, it only loaded the first page.

I cannot get the apps to load. Not sure if it is a size or bandwidth issue, though we seem to have enough. Any thoughts? I'll try again in about an hour from a different location.

In the absence of the outbound tool, how can I deploy the apps that I am almost done creating? Does this tool generate code that simply needs some human programming to button down? I'm loving it so far. Going to have one of our folks test all of the links for the four apps beginning this afternoon. ...

In an outbound call, how do I graphically represent a call that is answered by a person, who, as a result of the voice message spoken, has to transfer the call to another person. And what if the transfer is to a voice mail?
