Hung/Carryover 'Current Calls' on Current Call report

Several calls that were active during the 45 minute outage are still marked as 'active' on our current call report. A few other calls are marked active as well.
We are currently showing 7 calls with an active duration of 256 hours +, 1 call with 88 hours, 1 with 90 hours and 1 with 16 hours.
The call records in our system indicate that these calls have terminated.
Please investigate the issue. Please also confirm whether I will need to follow up with billing to ensure that we are not billed for the length of these calls.
