				The date and time is incorrect in Call Logs.  How do I correct it?
			 
			
					
				IVR issue to be looked at by support engineers

This seems like more of an IVR issue for our support engineers to take a look at your box than a developer related IVR issue.
Could you send an e-mail to 
support@plumvoice.com with your customer ID in the subject line about this IVR issue? The 8-digit customer ID would be found in your support contract with Plum.
Our support engineers would be more than happy to take a look at your IVR issue and see if they can help you resolve it.
