Inbound number 'not in service' when dialing ext

When I dial the inbound number, and the voice says welcome dial the extension at any time, before I can enter the whole extension the voice says 'that number is not in service'. Any ideas what is at issue? I had set up a voice-xml script using the scratch pad, and it validated. I'm calling from a 970 cell number. Thanks for any help. (more details in ticket: "plum #4720")

IVR platform supports JSGF and SRGS grammars

Hi Skeptical,

Looking into the IVR code in your scratchpad and your last call IVR log, we noticed that you are using gsl grammars, which was causing the error.unsupported.format shown in your IVR call log.

However, we do not support gsl grammars. We only support JSGF and ABNF(SRGS) grammars, which are documented in the VoiceXML Specification:

http://www.w3.org/TR/speech-grammar/

If you need any further help with your IVR code and how you would implement your IVR grammars, please feel free to post them here within this forum.

Regarding the 'not in service' I was getting - apparently the extension number must be dialed in haste. When I dialed it quickly, then I go through. Now that I'm getting error results, I'll be able to debug the next issue, I'm hoping. Thanks for a quick response.

IVR issue thought to be fixed

Hi,

Sorry for misunderstanding your initial post. We had just seen in your IVR call log that you were generating results for debugging, so we had assumed this was no longer an IVR issue.
