Can't get to the administrative web interface.

Last week our Plum box stopped answering calls. Our administrator restarted the box and box starting answering calls again. However, whenever we try to access the Adminstrative Web Page we get a page not found.
I believe the box was not shutdown using the "Stop the server" option on the command-line administrative interface and it appears the Web Server Service is not running. How do we recover from this?
