Plum IVR Support

Hello,
a coworker was working through a problem a while ago identified here: http://support.plumvoice.com/viewtopic. ... light=cell

We have something similar occurring with cellphones from Bell/Alient.

From 2 of our clients cell phones (both with the same carrier), the caller id is coming up with 902-543-2775 for both phones. Neither phone number is the actual phone number of the cell phone. They are dialing into a 1-800 as well.

I will ask them to try to dial into the local 617 number and see if the callerid shows.

Is there any assistance you can give on why this is occurring?

This issue appears to be carrier-related as we have no control over this information that is sent to us. Does it occur on the 617 number as well?

it does appear on the 617 number.
Is there anything we can do?
If we contact the carrier what would be ask.

Hi Rob,

You would mention to your carrier exactly what you mentioned here. Just mention to your carrier that the caller ID is not coming up correctly for two different cell phones.
