IVR - msg - 'ALL CIRCUITS BUSY' BIG IMPACT ON MY PROMOTIONS

account # 01111030 - here. need help. continue to have 'all circuits busy' msg when my callers access PV. Not sure what to do. My client spent $10K for the promotion and on my log I see a lot of calls that are not coming thru. can someone look into this as the promotion will go full speed all weekend. 510 350 0886 - ed soo hoo. PV support emailed me that they replaced some equipment but this did not resolve the issue. is there any way to switch my numbers to another port?
