Outbound Tools on turnkey server

I have Outbound Tools on my hosted dev account, but I can't find it on my turnkey server. Instead, I have to log in to Plum Outbound on my server. Where's Outbound Tools?

The IVR outbound tools are integrated into the hosted IVR site under a single login. On your turnkey IVR server, you can access all of your IVR outbound tools at http://<yourserverIPaddress>.com/outbound/ -- log in with your usual admin account and then create new accounts which you'll have to explicitly log in to in order to review queues, manage IVR campaigns, etc.
