Plum loses connectivity if T-1's get reset by Telco -

OK,

Here is the issue. Once in a blue moon a T-1 line goes down or gets reset by the Telco. When this happens (about twice a year...) Plum loses connectivity even after the T-1's are back up(We are talking seconds of downtime by the telco). If I make a call into the system I can see my call in the event monitor but all I get is dead air. Never connects to the system. Bad thing is everything looks fine and no alerts or monitors notice anything is wrong. I only find out after a customer calls telling me of the problem.

Currently to fix this I have to shut down Plum then restart the Dialogic cards and bring Plum back up.

So what I'm hoping for is, 1) can Plum reconnect without a restart in this situation or 2) how can I get an alert that Plum is unable to connect?

Thanks
