Noticable delay when calling 1-866 number vs. Regular number

Hello,

I'm developing a VoiceXML app on the Plum hosted environment and have noticed a significant (approx 10 second) initial delay when calling the toll-free number versus the regular phone number. The delay occurs at the beginning almost like it hasn't answered the call yet.

This delay is present even when I hook it up to a simple hello world scratchpad.

Is there something you can do to eliminate the delay? Like I said, it is only on the 1-866 toll free number that the delay occurs.

We are still working to resolve this IVR issue and expect to have this resolved in the next three weeks.
