How to set caller Id in oubound call

Dear Sir/Madam.

we need your help to figureout to how to send caller ID in Outgoing call from PLUM. I have ported this question on Wednesday last week. Still I have not got any replies. Please could you help us here.

Please contact your account manager to have the caller ID of your IVR outbound phone calls set to a particular number. The caller ID for IVR outbound calls is set on a per account basis.
