I am getting this error for what ever script I assign. This includes the default scripts provided by plum.

IVR sys has issues connecting to Speech Recognition Server

Can you provide any more information than that? How long has this been happening? It seems like the IVR system is having issues connecting to the Speech Recognition Server, have you modified where the IVR system looks for this engine? Please provide as much information as possible to help diagnose the IVR issue. Also, since you have purchased an IVR system you can email support@plumvoice.com with your Customer ID # in the subject line for IVR system outage issues.
