Dialogic boards not answering call

Hello,

I have a 4 port development system that I have used in the past, and have recently tried to use again. When I call into the system, the platform does not answer the call. I have tested the telephone lines going into the analog dialogic board using a telephone, and that works fine. Every time I start the platform, an error log is created with the following contents:

I am not sure what has changed, but no matter what I try, the platform will not answer the call (rings set to 0). Do you have any suggestions on what to try next?

IVR issue with the state of the Dialogic board- reboot sys

Hello,

That sounds like there is an IVR issue with the state of the Dialogic board. Have you tried restarting the entire IVR system, or just IVR platform? If after rebooting the IVR system, it still is not working, we will need to get access to your IVR system to diagnose the issue futher, you can email support@plumvoice.com to request the diagnostic check.

Hello,

I sent the email to support@plumgroup.com and received an automated reply requesting a customer number. I don't have access to the number right now.... does this mean I can't get help until I do?
