Our plum server can be checked by dialing 4089276058 and then by pressing 223
we were provided a test platform by a plum to test our voicexml application. This platform is much more clearer when it comes to the voice over the one we have. what we have is the speech works OSR 2 but we are waiting for the OSR 3 release move into that. Can you please check to this and see what we can do to get a clearer voice.

Please clarify what you mean by getting a "clearer voice". Neither OSR 2 nor OSR 3 generate any voice at all -- OSR refers to the speech recognition engine from Nuance that you have selected. If you need a different voice for speech synthesis you should email your IVR sales representative for further information on available TTS engines and voices.
