Gaps in the Session Logs

Post by melsullivan »

Hi there,

We are troubleshooting an issue that occurred between 00:40 on July 12th, 2006 and 02:15 on July 12th, 2006. The precise time of the problem was 00:55 on July 12th.

However there seems to be a gap in the logs:

local 5044007954 13 [[12/Jul/2006:00:40:06 -0500] 8883948123 000004;013;1152672244 mylog intCallLogID is 17531 - now we will update the end time of this call
inbound 5044007954 13 [[12/Jul/2006:00:40:07 -0500] 8883948123 000004;013;1152672244 1152679105 1152679207 0:1:42
local 5052051236 55 [[12/Jul/2006:02:15:55 -0500] 8883948123 000003;055;1152669922 mylog Called number: 8883948123

Is there some nightly downtime that we should be aware of, or an alternate place we can view these logs?

Thanks,

Melanie Sullivan

Hello,

There was not any downtime for our IVR systems last night. All IVR system work is done such that we will at most have slightly decreased capacity, we will never take down all IVR systems at once. Looking over the activity of our IVR systems during that time there was consistent traffic from other customers during that time frame and still plenty of idle capacity. Given the system usage information at our disposal there does not seem to have been any calls at that time on your phone number. The session logs you have access to are all of the calls that were in the system as well as any usage of the <log> tag.

Also, this forum is intended for people managing their own Plum VoiceXML server. For future non-programming related questions regarding the hosting IVR system please send an email to support@plumvoice.com and include your Customer Support ID # in the subject line.

Regards,
Plum Support
