We are looking to implement a voice confirmation system using the plum IVRs. I was wondering if you have any builtin service that would allow this to be possible. For example:
1st We have audio file stored of agents voice with passphrase.
2nd Call arrives.
3rd IVR prompts to receive voiceinput.
4th Audio input is compared to file stored on server.
The programming for this logic for the IVR is not really the issue (steps 1 through 3) just step 4 is my concern.
