FTP on IVR server

Post by jblakely »

Our security audit noted that our Plum IVR system was supporting anonymous FTP. Is this required to be on? Can it be turned off?

IVR sys provides FTP server for storing audio files locally

Post by support »

Hello,

The IVR system provides an FTP server for storing audio files locally on the IVR system. However, this IVR feature is off by default. You can enable/disable the FTP server via the command line interface on your server. If you have problems disabling the FTP server you should send an email to support@plumvoice.com with your Customer Support ID in the subject line.

Regards,
Plum Support
