Question About Line Usage

I can using 23 lines for PLUM with T1 theoritically,
however, they are easy to be busy.

So, now, I want to do this;

For instance, 4 lines out of 23 lines are assigned for specific phone
numbers in order to avoid them being busy, then other numbers are used as
usual.

I mean, I'd like to always prepare a couple of lines for specific customer
so that they can use them whenever they want.

Please let me know the solution if it is possible, or alternative solusion
would be fine.

Hi Hiroshi,

The Plum IVR system cannot reserve lines for specific phone numbers; your phone company does this for you. So, your solutions would be:

1) Buy another T1 that will be used for your specific phone number.

2) Talk to your company about reserving channels that only correspond to your specific phone number.
