Plum IVR Support

Hi,

Per the page http://www.plumvoice.com/large-enterpri ... ftware.php, it mentions that your platform supports MP3 and web audio streaming. I'm wondering if those features are available to the developer/demo accounts you offer.

Yes, MP3 audio and web audio streaming are both supported on IVR platform.

MP3 audio files (with the .mp3 extension) can be specified in the src attribute of the IVR tag, <audio> like any other audio file.

Web audio streaming is supported by using the stream attribute of the Voicexml tag, <audio>. The stream attribute should specify the URL of a shoutcast server.
