OK...I am moving on from the WSDL for now and just using the database as is.
So here are my next round of questions:
*Can the text to voice speech be set to a male voice?
*how to I set an "End Greeting" for the call?
*my final three options are to select 1 for "hear again", 2 for "hear next" or 3 for "transfer to the location" ....how to I get the option to "search again"?

To answer your questions, you would not be able to implement any of these changes because these pre-built IVR applications are already completed phone applications and are not customizable.
So, you wouldn't be able to set the text-to-speech voice to male, set an "End Greeting" prompt to the end of your IVR call, or implement an option to "Search for different locations" for your pre-built IVR application.
If you would like an IVR application with these features, please contact your sales representative about having a customized IVR application created for you.
