Force/limit digit input

Post by TerrenceB »

Is there a way to force the user to enter a specified number of digits? I didn't see any validation of character min/max when using digit type?

Use of digits question type with the IVR survey site

Post by support »

Hi,

Sorry, but currently there isn't a way to force the user to enter a specified number of digits when using the digits question type for IVR. This is a planned IVR feature for an upcoming revision to the IVR survey site. Please check with your sales representative for the schedule of upcoming releases.

Also could use digits min/max

I just wanted to second TerrenceB's desire for the ability to limit the number of digits the customer inputs when using the digits type
