Recording Outgoing Suvey Questions By Phone

Hello,

I have tried a couple times to use the feature on the "edit audio" page of our survey that allows me to record our survey questions by phone, but it doesn't seem to be working.

I enter my 10 digit US cell phone number (is that a problem?) and the window opens telling me that the system is calling and that it "may take up to 20 seconds." The call never comes, and the pop up floats there indefinitely, until I close my browser.

Can you help?

issue resolved by enabling IVR Outbound calling

This IVR issue is a result of IVR outbound calling not being enabled for your account. IVR Outbound calling has now been enabled for your IVR survey account. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
