dynamic driven surveys

Post by webtiers »

Can you support a set of survey questions that are dynamically assembled dependent on a survey response to an initial set of questions?

Example: a user calls in and identifies a business id, a group id and also a location id. Based on this set of ids, a specific set of questions are presented to the user at that point.

We would like to build a generic survey template containing all of these combinations of questions, then map the specific set of questions we want to each three-way key of business id, group id and location id. We could work with two-way keys as well.

Use subdialog question type for IVR survey

Post by support »

Hi,

You could use the subdialog question type for IVR for this purpose. You could set up the first page of your IVR survey with 3 questions asking the user for the business id, group id, and location id.

The answers of these questions could then be passed to an IVR subdialog and based on the result that you set up for the responses, you can use Advanced Skip Logic to skip to a specific set of questions in your IVR survey.

For information on how to use the subdialog question type for IVR , please see here.
