Activating # to skip questions

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way to activate the # button to skip survey questions. Currently, my survey only allows users to skip the first survey question by pressing #. I would like respondents to have the option to skip any question that they would like pressing #. Any guidance would be helpful.

Hi,

Yes, it is possible to skip survey questions by pressing the pound key (#). To do this for all of your survey questions, go into your survey and make sure that checkbox for "Required" is unchecked.

By making these survey questions not required, this would allow you to skip these survey questions by pressing the pound key.
