Hi

We have some multiple choice questions that are not required. However the system continues to loop for an answer.
Also, is there a way to configure how many times a question is looped for an answer (for required and non - required ??)

Hi,

About the survey continually looping for an answer for non-required questions, this is a reflection of the current implementation of Plum Survey.

We are currently working on an update that would only allow for 3 noinputs for non-required questions and 10 noinputs for required questions. However, you would not be able to configure the number of noinputs for a question.

We will provide you with an update once this feature has been fully tested and deployed into production.

Thx. This functionality is important to us, so anything you can do to expedite the release to production would be fantastic.

Hi,

We wanted to inform you that this feature has been deployed to the Survey Builder tool. Upon 10 nomatches or noinputs, callers will now be disconnected from the survey.
