Campaigns

I have created a new campaign, but when the call goes out it does not go past the introduction. How do I fix this?
It may be because I have a new account. It still says a demo account. But I have purchased a full account. Any thoughts?

Hi Peter,

We have looked into your account and found that your account is enabled to be an annual account. Are you still experiencing issues with your call campaigns?
