Time restrictions

Post by twineman »

If you have a survey running for 3 days, how do you restrict the timing so that someone does not receive a call during inappropriate hours (later evening/night/morning) - but still have the survey set to try each number multiple times?

Hi,

If you are running a campaign for your survey and have set "Stop attempts after:" to "3 days", there isn't a way for you to restrict the timing of your calls to certain hours once the campaign has been started.

If you are concerned about the timing for your calls, we would recommend that you start your survey campaign during normal hours and set your "Retry interval" to a low interval such as "30 minutes".
