Hi,

For production surveys, we would not recommend using the Audio Manager to record your prompts by telephone as these recordings could pick up background noise while you are recording.

If you are looking for your survey to have more professional-sounding prompts, we would recommend using pre-recorded audio files. The following is an old post that has some recording and file format tips on how you could accomplish this: http://support.plumvoice.com/viewtopic.php?t=906
