Ringtone After Recorded Survey

Hello,

My survey is currently in test mode. After the survey recording you can hear a ringtone is if the phone is calling someone else. The phone just keeps ringing. How do I turn this off?

Hi Leanne,

You could be hearing what is a transfer at the end of your call. You should check your survey settings (put the survey in edit mode, click the drop down arrow next to 'Edit', and select 'Survey Settings'). Click the 'Phone Options' tab in this menu and you should see a 'Transfer to phone #' text box. What this does is transfer your calls to this number at the conclusion of the call. There is likely a phone number here that you are attempting transfers to upon the conclusion of your survey.
