Hi,

We do not need to configure anything about the destination numbers on our side. We tested again with that number and we are still seeing a SIP 403 Forbidden response. Please confirm that the equipment located at sip-twilio.ubiquitygs.com is properly configured to accept calls from our subnet.

Hi,

We have tested again and we are still receiving a 403 Forbidden response to our SIP Invite. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any more details than this since the call is being rejected at the far-end. We do not know why the call is being rejected.

Reg: Audio prompts

Post by bmreddyrs »

Hi Team,

There are few questions:

1). Your provided range - Ubuguitygs receiving the IP address:
Please confirm your IP address range.

2). The audio prompts are playing huge time nearly 8secs - prompts to prompts.

I find the server logs: prompts to prompts time gap between.

Mon 19 Sep 2016 10:40:34 AM EDT:
Audio segment from the URL https://wcuser:wcuser@wcapi.wavecrest.i ... RO.wav?v=1 added to prompt queue
Newly queued prompts are now being played
bargein set to false
INPUTMODES set to "DTMF"
Audio segment added to prompt queue from TTS application/synthesis+ssml for:
---------
<?xml version='1.0'?><speak><break size="medium" time="2s"/></speak>
---------

Hi,

You can validate that you are receiving the SIP INVITE from us via packet captures on the far-end.

For the break tag, we recommend using either the size attribute or the time attribute, not both. The 7 seconds that occur makes sense to us. The audio file that plays is about 6 seconds long followed by a break.

Hi,

You can determine if the call is from the Plum system based upon the IP address that the call has originated from. You could also utilize the X headers to set a value that would distinguish the call as having come from your application as well.

Hi,

PCI requirements state that we must utilize HTTPS (port 443) when connecting to far-end web services. Using port 444 will not work in that environment.

Hi,

The urls you provided resolve to an IP address which is NOT on the list of acceptable IP addresses for your account, which is the source of the problem. Our firewalls will not allow requests from IPs not in our firewall whitelist.

We can add additional IP addresses on our end but if you expect this IP address to change in the future, we may need to instead opt for a FQDN solution. If you wish to add additional IPs please send an email to support@plumgroup.com with your customer number in the subject line.

Hi,

Shinoj was helpful in providing the necessary IPs to whitelist for your application. These updates should now allow access for the urls you listed. Please let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.
